He is a Civil Engineer from the Universidad de Chile (1986) with 34 years of experience in hydroelectric and NCRE project management, both in engineering and studies, as well as in contract administration.
He has participated and led the development of projects from the conceptual engineering stages, including land surveys and studies, environmental impact studies, basic and detail engineering and bidding processes for civil works, high voltage lines and equipment, to the awarding of contracts and obtaining permits and authorizations for the start of work.
He was responsible for the development of the engineering company INGENDESA of the subsidiaries in Brazil and Peru and for all Latin America in the bidding processes and union activities, in addition to projects in Chile highlighting HidroAysén, the Pangue Power Station, Los Cóndores Power Station, Neltume Power Station, among others.
He is a member of the team of International Consultants of COMATCH (Berlin, Germany).
