Environmental Law
We advise and support the environmental department of engineering and construction projects, both in the implementation, monitoring and compliance with obligations arising from the Resolution of Environmental Qualification, the legislation in general, as well as guidance and representation before audits of the Superintendence of Environment and any sanctioning procedures.
Advice on Community Relations
We design and manage community relations processes for engineering and construction projects based on four fundamental axes:
Open Dialogue: We promote instances of permanent relationship and communication to generate bonds of trust and credibility with the neighbors of the operations, through a permanent dialogue, in person and out of person.
Environmental Transparency and Responsibility: We encourage the delivery of accurate and timely information to communities about the environmental impacts of the organization and measures to mitigate them.
Mutual Benefit Relationship We design initiatives that seek local development and generate a shared value between the community and the company.
Collective Responsibility: We advocate for the integration of community relations in a transversal way in the management of the company, addressing this variable as a responsibility of all workers involved in the project.
